Yummy Recipe

Here is a recipe you need to try!! It reminds me of Fall and is delicious!

Caramel Dip

1 pkg of Kraft Caramels
2/3 cup light half and half

Place both ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute!! This is a great dip for apples!!!

A fun evening...

Tonight we had a special treat...KK and Papa came up for a quick visit. It sure was good to see them though. We have not seen any of our family since July and I have been getting a tad bit homesick here lately, so it was a nice treat for me! However, it was an even bigger treat for Carrie and Andrew. They had a blast with them! We knew this weekend they were probably going to come up for the evening, but didn't tell the kids for two reasons the first reason was because it could possibly fall through and we didn't want their feelings to be crushed and the second reason was because they would be asking every 5 minutes when they were coming. Last night we decided to tell them that Papa and KK would be coming up and guess what...every 5 minutes they were asking when they were coming. Finally they arrived, they were ecstatic!!! We had a nice dinner with them at a great local Italian restaurant and then made a trip to Wal-mart for a couple of goodies (you know grandparents have to spoil the grandkids). Andrew got him some much needed Thomas the Train underwear and a couple of UGA items along with a new motorcycle (his new thing is motorcycles). Carrie got her some new markers and coloring book and a UGA jersey, she was so excited! Then we had to tell them goodbye, that's always hard!

We really had a great time with them and hope to see all of our family again real soon!!

I finally got around to uploading the pictures from Carrie's camera...I must say I laughed out loud several times looking at some of them, I'll put some of the funny ones up too! She got her Fisher-Price digital camera from "Santa" this past Christmas and I must say it was a great gift for her, I'm so glad "Santa" got it for her. Fun at the Park

This weekend was like most other weekends, except we had Monday off from school!
I did get some pictures of us at the Park this weekend though!!

I am so blessed to have such a beautiful family and I enjoy getting to spend quality time with them! God is so good to us!
